1. Covered material and authority

This License applies only to material that its copyright holder expressly identifies as licensed under it (the Work). Each such holder is a Licensor. You are the individual or legal entity exercising the permissions below. Each Licensor grants rights only to the extent that the Licensor holds them. Separately identified third-party material retains its own terms.

2. Permission and notices

Each Licensor permits anyone to use, reproduce, modify, translate, prepare adaptations of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute the Work, in source or other forms, for any purpose, with or without a fee. You may include the Work in proprietary products and license Your own contributions under terms of Your choice. No source publication is required.

When distributing copies or substantial copyrightable portions of the Work, retain the applicable copyright notices and this License, including its disclaimers. For non-source distributions, include them in the accompanying legal notices or documentation. No advertising acknowledgment is required. A notice that identifies a rightsholder does not authorize endorsement or use of a trademark as Your own brand.

These permissions have no contractual expiry. Correcting a missing notice restores compliance for subsequent acts; statutory remedies for an earlier infringement are not waived merely by correction.

3. Warranty and liability

Nothing excludes or limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for a Licensor’s intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness to the extent applicable. Additional warranties undertaken by a distributor bind that distributor only.

4. Legal interpretation

For rights exercised under Sections 1–4, Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory applicable law. This License does not impose an exclusive forum or waive any person’s access to a legally competent court. If a provision cannot lawfully operate, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible without that provision. No patent-litigation retaliation, registry membership, field-of-use restriction, or choice of a later version is a condition of these permissions. No express patent license is granted by this License; rights arising independently under law are unaffected.

5. Independent ISC alternative

Every Licensor placing its material under Unbound 1.1 also offers that same material under the following ISC alternative. You may exercise either grant independently. Sections 1–4 impose no additional conditions on the ISC grant. Retain the applicable copyright notices with the following permission and disclaimer. This alternative does not relicense third-party material.
